Waves Beach is the brainchild of Excell Plunkett Reyes. Born in Guantanamo, Cuba, Excell relocated to Jamaica where he now lives happily with his Jamaican wife and 5 dogs.

As the head bartender at Waves Beach, Sherice trained as a bartender and mixologist with JWN (J. Wray and Nephew) Academy and the European Bartender School.
